Client Engagement Coordinator

As a Client Engagement Coordinator, you will directly impact client satisfaction and retention rates in a fast-paced, high growth company. You will be responsible for supporting the company's efforts to maintain strong, long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with our clients. This position requires industry and product expertise, as well as the ability to plan, develop and execute profitable client outreach strategies that ensure high renewal rates. A Client Engagement Coordinator will need to quickly learn our product suite and how to effectively respond to client inquiries, objections, issues and other FAQ's.

You Are:

You can expect to:

  • Execute a strong outreach plan, contacting clients at predetermined touch points to assess adequate functioning of¬†software, levels of satisfaction, ensure sales renewal, and uncover potential cross sell and upsell opportunities
  • Compile market reviews that identify client usage, metrics and performance data to identify opportunities for Accounts to cross sell and upsell
  • Successfully engage customers and overcome client objections to achieve renewal sales metrics
  • Track all relevant outreach activities using existing CRM
  • Effectively analyze client needs and arrive at solutions quickly
  • Route tasks across multiple departments to ensure client resolutions are executed efficiently
  • Provide value added market intelligence to Account Team and Senior Leadership
  • Provide backup for Client Support Representatives and conduct client trainings as needed
  • Serve as an industry and product expert while staying abreast of industry trends, insights and competitive dynamics in the marketplace

We would like:

  • College degree in business or related field preferred
  • 1+ years experience working in client experience or sales
  • Strong preference for SaaS / Cloud / Technology experience
  • Exhibit drive and passion for client engagement
  • Ability to work in a fast paced quickly evolving environment required
  • Highly proficient with Customer Relationship Management, Content Management and Project Management Systems
  • Positive and energetic communicator, with excellent listening skills and ability to motivate others to action
  • Demonstrated aptitude in initiating creative tactics and resolving highly complex problems
  • Strong scheduling, organization and follow-up skills
  • Strong writing ability
  • Ability to share best practices, continually improve processes and provide clear and consistent reporting to leadership
